The door board of the box is casted by automatic sealing strip casting machine, with the advantages of dust-proof and water-proof. There are outlet holes in the bottom of the box with sealing strip cover, which has IP55 protection level. In the box, there is a mounting board, which enable to fix variety electric equipments and components. The door board can open flexibly more than 90 degrees, normally even under extrusion, changeable from left to right mutually with high strength. It can not be out of welding and broken. 2. Mounting plate with folded edge In 2.0 mm sheet steel
3. Finished with thermosetting epoxy polyester powder coating. Body and door textured finish.
4. Mounting plate in smooth finish.
5. Protection Degree IP 55/65 protection degree

Boxes are completed with:
1. Two zincpassivated rails to be fixed on the door.
2. Mounting plate.
3. Gland plate and gasket.
4. Package with hardware for earth connection and screws to mount all Components.
